Spin Class
Looking for a way to de-stress from exams? The BSA will be hosting its first ever spin class with YEGCycle! The event will be taking place from 5:20 to 6:30 PM on Wednesday, November 6th.
Limited spots are available, so make sure to sign up fast! The event is first come, first serve and is free to all students.
All participants will also have the chance to win free spin class passes valid for 1 month!

Professionalism Workshop
Looking to improve your chances of getting an internship? Struggling with how to interact with industry professionals? Or trying to figure out how to dress for your next interview? We want to help get you ready!
The BSA is proud to introduce our Professionalism Workshop!
Some of the topics we will be covering include: workplace behaviour, proper email formatting, career help (such as resumes, cover letters), and dress attire. These skills are necessary for jobs, case comps, internships, workplace interviews, group projects, EVERYTHING! And our event is made to help you get ahead of the competition and develop your professional skills today!
We are also thrilled to announce our two industry professionals who will be speaking, Michelle Height from the CWIL Office and Ed Acuna from CWB! We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to learn from them to improve our skills!
Halloween Bar Night

Adopt a Pantry
Happy late thanksgiving everyone! In the spirit of being thankful and giving back, The BSA has volunteered to adopt the Rutherford Library food pantry and we need your help stocking it! Bring any non-perishable food item to the BSA table in Carruthers from 11am-2pm, Monday through Friday.
This is an incredible opportunity to give back to the community, and every donation will be cherished! The Alberta School of Business has also generously pledged to match donations up to 1500! We look forward to seeing what you bring!
Sustainable Business Case Competition
Sign ups are now open for the BSA’s Sustainable Business Case Comp!
A case competition where students get to tackle real-world governance challenges with innovative, sustainable solutions!
This competition empowers participants to apply business strategies to pressing public-sector issues, particularly in Alberta’s healthcare system, while incorporating ESG principles. Collaborate, innovate, and make an impact in shaping a sustainable future! Grow your analytical and problem solving skills while being able to get more involved with the community!

Campus Clash
The BSA is thrilled to be partner with the Business Undergraduate Office @ualberta_biz to offer Campus Clash!
Join us on Saturday, September 21st as the Edmonton Elks face the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Free tickets are available to 400 BCom students, with the first 250 students also receiving a $10 voucher for food and non-alcoholic beverages at the game!
We will also be offering exclusive events such as access to the legends club with guest speakers, as well as the chance to watch the teams warmup at field level with “Toes on the Turf”!
